Case Systems Acquires InfoTek Creating a New Entity: Case Global Technologies Inc.

PRLog (Press Release) – Nov 17, 2009 – After two years a of successful joint partnership in developing and  launching Solar Wizard ™ , an innovative, reliable, wireless, solar-powered vehicle detection and traffic monitoring system, Case Systems Inc. (formerly known as Comarco Call Box Division) acquires InfoTek’s assets and technology. Case Global Technologies Inc. (CGT) will house the newly acquired assets.
